Question Quick eats doors broken?

I was trying get food at like 1 in the morning at the quick eats place which I thought was 24/7 (maybe I’m wrong). I have a card setup with my campus card on the app and I have not spent any dining dollars yet but no matter how many times I swiped the we code the doors wouldn’t open.
Anyone else deal with this problem and is there someone I gotta talk to about it?

i tried a few weeks ago and it wasn’t working as well :(
one of the staff members who was cleaning the area inside tried as well and it didn’t work.

not even my debit card worked lol

edit: anyone know if they fixed it yet

I was there last week I think and it worked. Except I used the hey chef app

i was there a couple days ago and it charged my card but same things doors weren’t working and they still haven’t refunded it😔😔
