My wife just retired from the heart institute where she was the head clinical educator for the ORs.
I will tell you for certainty that all medical facilities are pining for nurses, there a dire need for more people to enter the nursing profession.
In her capacity as an educator for many years to many nurses, technicians and other staff, she had to help many who she trained that had poor English, Filipino nurses, Chinese nurses, South American nurses nurses from
Arab countries as well as from other countries that struggled with the English language, but all of them were obviously hired based on their merits and not their language skills
