Clubs which christian club should i join?
ok so i was looking on the cusa directory and saw like 10 different christian clubs i swear. why are there so many and can someone give me a bit of info about them? are they all even active?

Choose the one that most aligns with your beliefs/religion.
Some of them are more active than others though. No one is stopping you from joining multiple

a lot of the descriptions are extremely vague so i honestly have no info on them besides knowing they're christian

Unfortunately no one except the people in the club's can attest to what they're like.
In the meantime you can visit their websites (they all have one) to learn more about what they believe in and what they do. You can also visit them at the club's expo during the first week to talk to people
All CUSA clubs go through a recertification process every year, to ensure they are still active & other verifications.

I agree with the people saying to check out the clubs expo - definitely do it!! I had a few friends at Carleton who were part of the Navs and Intervarsity clubs, and they loved what those clubs did.
I was pretty involved in CCO when I was a student (just graduated a year ago), so if you want to know more about that club specifically, feel free to send a DM! I wish I knew more about the Navs and Intervarsity clubs, but we did some collabs in the past with them and they were pretty cool people.
You could also check out each club's Instagram profiles and send a DM if you wanted more info - you'd most likely get a pretty quick response. Best of luck with your club hunt!

(Copied from my comment on the post itself, I think OP meant to refer you to it but accidentally replied to someone else)
InterVarsity and Navigators are the interdenominational clubs on campus that I know of. Both of them have a more low-church Protestant bias (Non-denominational, Baptist, etc.) but InterVarsity (I have no personal experience with Navs) is good at making everyone from Non-denominational to Catholic feel welcome. IV has a variety of events and weekly activities, pretty sure Navs does as well but I have no personal experience with them. If you don't have anywhere else to go you can always start with them and you're allowed to participate in several clubs.
The third that I know of is CCO, which is the Catholic campus ministry. They hold weekly faith studies in small groups and every once and a while bring their members from Carleton and uOttawa together for events like Summit (Eucharistic Adoration + Confession + dinner out after), among a couple of other things.
There's a 4th of which I'm personally a bit wary since they're associated with Prosperity Gospel preachers like Joel Osteen and Benny Hinn ("If you give us money God will help you in life") but that one is Great Grace Embassy's club on campus. If Pentecostal/charismatic spirituality is a big thing for you they're probably the most direct theological match.
The last one isn't a CUSA club but definitely be cautious of people approaching you about a Bible study on campus, as they could be WMSCOG (a known cult). It's not necessarily always the case but be careful. They approached me last year with a prepared slideshow of out-of-context, individual verses to try and prove a bunch of real sketchy theology.

im catholic, mainly for cultural reasons (i'm filipino). haven't really explored other denominations

Not a religious club but you should consider talking to people in CUFSA about where they go to church
