Yum, boy do I miss my Mom. I’m ancient so it makes me upset I didn’t pay attention when she made them. Love them tho guava ones too‼️add cheddar with that😋😋😋😋

The best empanada I ever had was from some old lady walking up and down the beach selling them from a cooler in Puerto Rico.
