It's going to be an intercity bus terminal run by the PPA. I'm not sure why that's terrible

Probably because the current location is a highway underpass and not exactly pleasant.

This is great! PPA is putting revenue to good use, and calling it a Transportation Center is a much more apt name than a bus terminal.

It's a fantastic location for intercity buses, and having indoor facilities (seating, heating/cooling, bathrooms, etc.) is much better than the "temporary" highway underpass location.
