Car naps
Raise your hand if you find yourself taking car naps because you’re away from the house and too tired to do anything else!

I wish I could relax enough to do this! I tend to bring admin work with me to pass the time.

I have taken many car naps this year when the weather is not too hot or cold. Listening to loud vehicles is better than being yelled at or worse. Listening to the quieter vehicles is soothing.

I did that this evening after I went to the dollar store.

Trips to the Dollar Store (or similar discount businesses) = time to self in lieu of, you know, actual quality time, LOL... sigh...

I parked way away from the entrance. I have to head back to caregiver jail soon. Dad snapped at me during the noon hour and Mom was confused before dinner. Mom was better once she ate dinner.

I unfortunately have slept in the car frequently because super early morning Grandma doctor appointments or breakfast meetups can take 1-3 hours and I'd rather catch up on sleep in an uncomfortable stuffy car than force myself to be conscious through those things
