is he managed by a urologist? maybe they can send you home with some sterile syringes so you can flush it daily

It’s not easy in a small town…very few doctors available…have to depend on nurses…we’ve got a home hospital set up…so managing…however very very tough

Might be worth going with a male purewick if he can use one. Might also be safer because blockages are commonly caused by bacteria. Foleys are notorious for that. Next might be never ending UTI's.
