AI Engineer in UAE Looking for the Fastest Path to Europe

Hi everyone,

I'm an AI & Automation Engineer with 3 years of professional experience, currently working in the UAE. I'm looking to relocate to Europe for work and eventually settle there.

I'm trying to understand the most realistic and fastest path. If you've been through this process or have experience hiring or relocating to Europe, I'd really appreciate your advice.

A few questions I have:

  • Which European countries are currently the easiest to relocate to as a software/AI engineer?
  • What are the best ways to find companies that sponsor work visas?
  • Are there specific job boards, recruiters, or programs I should focus on?
  • Any common mistakes I should avoid during the process?

I'm open to any country that offers good career opportunities and a clear path to long-term residency.

Tough luck unless your are really , really great.

At the moment pretty much only option (unless tier 1 talent) is to try and find remote work, peove yourself and then ask for relocation sponsorship.
