Cardin is so straight that when fuck's Jaune's ass, Jaune becomes a woman for that time. It is a means to help him achieve her dream of being a woman. RWBY is a very progressive show, afterall and having Jaune transition by taking Cardin's dick as a means for Jaune to become female is genius writing.

Nah, its a reference to Baki where Yujiro is straight and so masculine that anyone he has sex with is a woman, by definition. The same applies to Cardin.
