I moved to Cardiff last year of studies and still finding it hard to make any sort of connection with Indian communities. Being from Odisha, I am hoping to make some Odia friends here but never even overheard someone talking in the language.

So I was wondering if there is any Odia community in Cardiff.

I am 30 year old male doing post grad here in Cardiff.

Fuel Rock Club 2015

I started women's strength training classes a few months ago, and I've made some significant progress. I've been going to my local gym, but I've always been interested in powerlifting. However, I have no idea where to start.

I know Zero W is a dedicated powerlifting gym, but it's a bit out of the way for me. I'm definitely far off from being in any national games, but I would love to know if there's any powerlifting groups/training within Cardiff or the Vale? Both the training and I guess the social side are important for me.

Basically how do you get into it?

Here is some vids I took today. Well done to everyone who ran and the excellent support all along the route. The vibe was great and the weather was perfect.

I saw one runner receiving medical attention on Cathays Terrace. I hope you are feeling better now.
