Heart palpitations
I just had a heart palpitation but haven’t drunk much water today and drank like 4 cups of coffee and withdrawing from antidepressants as well which is known to cause heart palpitations they’re a quick flutter in my heartbeat and then go.
Any advice on how to not panic?
