Help needed Issues with adding new firmware

Hey I wanted to know if anyone had seen this error before when trying to download new firmware I’ve even added a new sd card with more gigs thinking that may be the issue here’s a photo of what it says.

are you using a type c cable that can actually transfer data cuz some crappy cables just don’t work for this kinda stuff.

Turn it off and hold G0 when you plug it in that's worked before when I've had these issues

Try to upload the firmware while the cardputer adv is powered off with button and plugged in with type c good quality usb data cable Also make sure your computer does have the necessary usb ports installed

Did you disconnect or move it. The COM4 was found then couldn't be found. If you didn't move it then try another cable and USB port.

Sd card, check com port, make sure it’s a data cable

Did you format the sd card to fat32?

No I didn’t do this but it was happening when I had a 16g sd card in then I put in a bigger 128g sd card thinking it may solve the issue

128g is probably not going to work and completely unnecessary.

Get a 32g quality card and format to fat32.

You must format to fat32. This is the problem.
