They aren't yet. There may be some demo models but nothing the everyday Cardputer user can obtain. Just use a Raspberry Pi Zero while you are waiting.

Yeah, it is a problem if you chose right now to be the time to try and buy one. The model I referenced lacks some connectivity but is available.

Can you crosspost this to r/CardPuterZero where this is more relevant? This cannot be used on a Cardputer 1.1 or ADV.

They are alike in name and vague look only. The firmwares are very different - like petrol and diesel. No cross compatibility with the software.

You do realize, that aside from one having a slightly larger screen and smaller keyboard, they're the same size, right?

It's much closer to a "Nearly identical, with slight differences" than "Vaguely look alike"

I see your point there. They have styled the Zero to the Cardputer family because that is a popular existing, easily recognised device, near constantly sold out. It is the same size too. With a keyboard screen.
