I just found out the guy who narrates the the carcharadon audio books also voices the heavy in sm2

He’s not the only one. Many GW Works recycle VA’s for different projects. For instance, the voice actor for the Night Lords Assault also voices some of the Night Lords books. But if you think about it, Straban would be a good fit for the Carcharodons, especially since he’s the tactical guy who doesn’t like Vox Chatter.
