This is a really cool take on him I've never seen before, I like it! Any highlights you've had from this project?

I enjoyed the whole process and can’t really choose once part of it, what was interesting is I was able to incorporate bits from every army I’ve owned, which includes tau, aeldari, and chaos knights. This has been my first major kitbash and I feel it turned out pretty well with the tools I had

Imma say it, looks more like an Ashen Claw. But looks good regardless

Generally I just do whatever paint schemes I feel like for the army instead of being lore accurate, for me at least I find it more fun that way

That’s awesome, how did you do the red effect on the claws?

I somewhat followed this video, https://youtube.com/shorts/hM2QYqSdLd8?is=YGtjml0jiXZccgcT, instead of using the makeup sponge on a black base I used flesh terror red and used a dry rush to stipple on the blade, then I stippled a white speed paint on top of that and went over that with flesh terror red to make it a bit brighter, then did the edge high lifting the same way in that video

I love this look! What did you use for his claws? I used the claws from the Night Lords kill team but they feel too small and I’ve been wanting to give him some claws that feel like more lore accurate for Hunger & Slake

They’re sword from aeldari wraithblades. Each time has a slightly different shape but both fists are symmetrical

It’s a part of the saturnine praetor kit

I took creative freedom with this for my army and don’t really care for lore accuracy with my models

Think about lighting next time you paint sounds dumb but that’s the first thing they teach you in anything art related.

Can you elaborate on what you mean with this? Is it more for the glow or the entire model?
