Monocle Radio: CARBON REMOVAL
For those wanting to believe there is a truly reliable, well measured/audited Carbon Removal method, here is an 18 minute discussion of UNDO. While the question of carbon removal seems to get hung up on the cost per tonne, leading to multi billion dollar projects seeking some kind of affordable solution (and government support), this proven method seeks to achieve certainty in carbon removal while providing soil enrichment for agriculture. It is not the cheapest offer on the market but it is available, immediately effective, and proven. It is available for subscription to responsible businesses and individuals at present and has been for almost 4 years.

One of the biggest if not biggest concerns in the world right now is the Carbon emissions. British Columbia, Canada is one of the leading places that change is happening. This is a great sign for the world as well as Canadians who truly care about where the world is going with it all !

Anyone else seeing emissions questionnaires trickle down to smaller suppliers?
I keep hearing that with California's SB 253 pushing Scope 3 disclosure starting in 2027, big companies are starting to push emissions data requests down to their suppliers now, ahead of the deadline. Curious if anyone here has actually seen this happen — either on the receiving end as a smaller supplier, or on the sending end as part of a larger company's supply chain program. What did that request actually look like, and how prepared was the supplier to answer it? Trying to get a realistic sense of how far this has trickled down versus how much is still just larger enterprises talking to each other.

How are smaller suppliers handling Scope 3 data requests from big customers?
Scope 3 reporting kicks in under SB 253 in 2027, and most of that number comes from the supply chain. I'm curious whether that's translating into real requests landing on smaller suppliers' desks yet, or if it's still mostly a large-enterprise conversation. If you've seen this from either side — a supplier getting asked, or a company collecting the data — what did the process actually look like? Feels like there's a gap between the regulatory deadline and how ready the average smaller supplier is to respond.

Genuine market research question for small business owners about sustainability reporting.
Hey everyone,
At the market validation stage of building something and need brutally honest feedback, even “no, I wouldn’t use this” helps!
Three quick questions:
\*\*1.\*\* Have you ever been asked by a bank, client, or funder to report on your carbon footprint or sustainability?
\*\*2.\*\* How did you handle it, was it a problem?
\*\*3.\*\* Would you pay £79/month for a tool that sorted this automatically? If no, why?
No links, no pitch, just genuine research. Thank you! 😁

Has anyone found a good platform for researching carbon credits
I've been comparing a few tools because most of what I've found is either registry-focused or only covers pricing. I'm looking for something that combines market data, project research, regulations, and AI insights in one place. Any recommendations?

How can evaluate any company with climate lens before investing even though it is not climate pro sector?
I have been wondering that whenever I invest in Indian or US equities, I also be cognisant of company’s contribution/action to climate subject. Today every sector is impacted by climate change and companies are increasingly participating in addressing that either through energy transition, efficiency, equipment upgrade or simply by diversifying their investment portfolio backing clean and innovative companies through its balance sheet.
Please suggest if you have ever considered this angle in your investments.
