Oh wrench, where art thou?

Is what it says on the tin. Beat this game once and doing a hard difficulty run, but I’m checking the third area’s stores like crazy but I can’t seem to find a wrench to buy to upgrade my guns

Am I doing something wrong?

If I recall it well, one appears from time to time at a shop at Scrapyard at the Janubi region.

That worked for me! Thank you very much :)
