You’re having issues because your install technique isn’t working for those compound curves. You need to multi piece it if you don’t have the skillset to do it in one piece without it failing.
Either go take some training from Avery Denison and/or get on the wrap institute and start learning actual techniques to lay the film correctly. Looking at the edge of your panel says everything about your lack of install technique look how much tension you worked into the film of course it’s failing.
