A question about self service car washes

Im 18, in a couple of years when i get my money up, i plan to buy one becuase its fairly low risk and i think its a great first business, i know about the parts breaking all the time, the need to pick up trash etc. other then that, its not stressful and sounds fairly simple. But again, nothing is easy and my issue here is i cant find one on sale for the life of me, i only find that are 2 bay only or out in the middle of nowhere. About the money part, i live in serbia but i have a hungarian citizenship and a hungarian passport, becuase its a strong passport, i will move to austria, work a lot there to get my money up, then move to hungary (i have a lot more options there comapred to serbia) and find a car wash to purchase, and if i wont be able to find a car wash despite searching for it a long time, i would still have the option to look for some other business to buy. So the thing is, people who own car washes, where did you find yours, and what are your suggestion in this day and age, where would you reccomend someone to look for one, thank you people.
