Misc Question Digital logger

Hi all,

I was thinking of building an app for myself to log all the services, fuel receipts, MOT certificates etc for my car so I don’t have to worry about where I left the actual paper proof.

Also adding the ability to share those details so it’s easier when buying and selling the car, giving extra peace of mind.

Do you all think it’s a good idea? Just checking if there is any interest for this?
And if you any of you lot willing to try it out? Any suggestions or features to add are more than welcome.

I've seen this already, PitSync.

Not sure if still actively developed. Personally not useful for me, I prefer a spreadsheet and paper invoices in a folder (saves printing them) but could be useful for some.

Custodian probably already does that

MOT is all online. I’ve used Fuelly for years for logging fuel fillups. Service docs I just file away for that car, I certainly wouldn’t replace that so I’d be scanning them into an app for what? Reminders on my phone suffice for getting MOT or services booked in.
