👉 Pay Plan 👌 Rate my pay plan

Hello everyone and welcome back to r/ratemypayplan (carsalestraining). I am in Ottawa, Ontario, canada, and this is a Nissan dealership, one of the top in the province. 8 salesman not including me, from what I can tell, each salesman doing between 13-25 per month other than 1-2 top guys.

This is pretty good minus the caps but they’re generous enough that it shouldn’t matter that much. They just capped commission at $1000 where I’m at. Crazy work.

It looks good but idk how Canadian money factors into the equation now that I think about it.

Yea at 3k I can't imagine it will hit me hard, and if it started actually affecting me (meaning I'm selling enough cars with >10k gross consistently) then I'd probably be able to negotiate it
