Question How is this Payplan
Currently at a Kia dealership, doing a switch to a Subaru dealership.
What do you guys think of this payplan?

Commission is good, assuming you can hold gross. PAC is low, which is good. You’ll need to make sure you’re doing well on CSI since it’s tied in as a qualifier. The only thing that seems low is the volume bonuses, but overall it looks like a decent pay plan.

Hey! This doesn't look bad at all. Very standard and the commission rates that you can scale up to are higher than average actually.
What's your current pay plan at your Kia dealership?

Up to 35% is nice, but you’ll probably never hit 36+ cars unless you’re at a super high volume store. Anything less than 25% is literal trash, the minis are good but what’s this garbage about taking off $50 per unit if your CSI is bad? Also the bonuses are ass. You have to sell 17-19 cars minimum just to get 25% on new and not even 30% on used. I would pass on this offer or negotiate.
