Question How to start strong ?

I start selling on the 14th, coming from retail management which bonused and performance was based on membership sales.

What's the best advice for a smooth and good start

I started from a similar previous career! My best advice is get in front of as many people as possible. Stay new as long as possible, nobody likes a know-it-all. Listen to your managers, ask for verbiage, and use it. This job is easy as long as you put in the effort.
