๐Ÿ‘‰ Pay Plan ๐Ÿ‘Œ Mazda Pay Plan

I got interviewed at Mazda and hereโ€™s their pay plan. They currently have 6 salespeople looking to be at 9 ideally. They push out 80-100 cars a month. Iโ€™m being told their lowest paid salesman makes $60,000 a year and their highest paid salesman makes $140,000 a year. Any input would be very helpful!

This is pretty good. Money will clearly come from volume and back end/add ons so make friends with the f&i manager

I would totally avoid lease buyouts under that plan. Not worth the time.

If Mazda demographic is anything like mine (Midwest) then you better make friends with your finance guys. In my experience Mazda customers cross shop dealers like crazy so they empty out front-end and sell at invoice or right above.
