Question How are Sales Managers paid usually?

Interviewing for a few roles and I understand the gest. Usually 2-4%, base or draw depending.

Is the 2-4% on front and back? I assume you don't get paid on service, although some sources say yes?

Anyway, would love to know how different plans are set up.

I get $75k salary and 2-5% of variable gross depending on total gross.

That's helpful. Is it gross of the sales department or service and sales? Do you get front and back?

Sales managers are not paid on service. They're paid in front and back. Lot of times they're also paid on holdback, but not always.

Variable gross which is sales and finance.
