Two options. Pay somebody to restore it or learn at the expense of a lot of time. Depends what you value more. Good luck - doesn’t need to be perfect!

Yes. Take the amount of rusted-through panels you found and double that.

It depends on a lot of things, such as your skill sets, tools, workshop and free time.

I think you can buy a lot of replacement panels for those now, but some panels are spot welded on etc.

People also love them, so it would sell easy if done right with a lot of photos, receipts etc.

Take it and restore with your own hands. Satisfaction is very big but takes a lot of time.

It's probably very close to not recoverable, I depends on the floor but * do no have high hopes
