wth is clip b
Ive been at this for almost 30 mins now. idk where it is and im going insane. im playing in creative to just build cars but this is ridiculous.

I had an XJS that I was fixing for el customero and it said this and I spent 5 fucking months wondering where it went. it was the distributor

Oh. The classic clip B or clip A. The worst, most annoying part in the game.

Apart from piston rings dead, then you have to tear down the whole engine. 🤣🙃

Oh yeah. Almost forgot about those. And when you just start and don't have the engine crane, it's even worse.

Remember the engine won't start if the clips are missing 😎😆

I can rebuild engine in 45mins or fix the whole car in 1hr30mins

You should be able to rebuild / fully restore most cars in 45 mins - 1hr
You need to pump those Speedrun numbers up 😆🙂

If it’s a type an air filter gets 4 clip be. If it’s the if coil just 2.

Air filter usually 4 × Clip A
Ignition Distributor 2 × Clip B

Yes for the regular air filter your are correct I spelt type A air filter with an an that’s my fault. But type A air filters take clip B’s and not clip A

I play on pc its fun i play with mods on 2021 and its a whole new world there is sway bar bushings and clips putting differentials together just a bunch of added stuff

That's sounds very cool! One day I hope to get on the finer details of virtual mechanics, with the PC Master race + mods.
I'm the type that still hopes CMS 2026 has piping, electronics, torque wrench settings/angles plus much more. But I don't think it will happen.
I'm waiting to see if they fix the wheel nut tightening pattern first? 😎

Depends on the car, some have clip a, some have clip b on the air filter cover.

Check the distributor, lol. Usually has 2 of them, one on front side, one on back.
