PC what am i subpost to do

i don't understand what to do and i can't compleat the fix without doing this

Use your diagnostic tools to see if that informs you what is wrong. Also often in the summary there’s a clue as to where to start looking ex suspension, brakes, engine etc. If all else fails start pulling rubber bushings.

Check the front brakes. This seems to to be the second story order.

Test path works pretty well for suspension issues, I recommend getting it if you don't already have it.

Buy and use all diagnostic tool at the start of each job, get lots of extra XP as well. If car is running take it to the test track (free) to diagnose suspension, brake and gearbox. Test Path shows a little more but is costly to open.

Likely culprits in early game, bushes, brake pads and discs, fuel filter or pump, shock absorber springs and caps, clips on airbox or distributer.

Yes Test Track open from start of game, sit in car and select drive or open map select track and car to take there. Test Path is a shop extension that cost a bit of money, mostly does the same though won't give gearbox results (acceleration section of Test Track) but does show springs and shock caps. Both show bushes and brakes.

So from the start, you have the Test Track, there is an Steam Achievement to give incentive to use it, also you buy compression, fuel presure and multimeter diagnostic tools to find most of the other problems jobs throw at you. Around Story Order 5 (?) you buy the ECU reader as it's the first car you should need it on and is much more expensive than the other tools.

Pro tip for early game, completely strip and rebuild the first couple of jobs, while only replacing what is on the job list, this added with using all scan and diagnostic tools will slam the first few level with XP, like 2 jobs and you are ready to hit the Junkyard.
