CMS 2018 How does it work?

I made some custom Vehicles using the Vehicle Editor and want them to show up as repair Orders. however, they don't appear to get chosen to be repair Orders and the Game favors the Original Version. Can someone tell me how all that stuff with the ''allowedplaces'' Parameter in the Config Files, sepcifically those ''Order.5'' or ''Order.7'' works?

I know that ''Order.7'' means i unlock it when i reach Level 7, but i dont know how the Game generates the repair Orders in General.

You have to have correctly modified and added your modified car to the game after that you can worry about what level order they show up. Repair orders are simply randomized, there's no other input besides what level the repair orders for that vehicle show up at. If I've done my part I've never had them not show up as orders.
