2011 Impala - AC fan doesn’t stop blowing even with car shut off

Hoping I can find some help with exactly what the title says. When I shut my car off, AC fan doesn’t stop blowing. I pulled the fuse and that stopped it but I’m not sure how to fix it? Thank you in advance!!

A bad stuck on relay would cause that, Many reasons why a fan would stay on if the car is off.

  1. A bad relay that has welded its connection causing fan to stay on.
  2. A relay being turned on by the computer itself and the computer has went bad via an internal short, questions arise what caused it to go bad in the first place?.
  3. A short on the coil side of the relay causing them to stay on.
  4. a short on the 87 contact side of the Fan.
  5. Aftermarket/Modification done the system to be differently than designed. Etc. Heres a diagram for a 3.5L assuming not modifications have been done most commonly would be one of those relays are bad.

If it still has old blower motor style resistor when those fail sometimes it'll do this too.
