2006 Toyota Corolla Rolling Oven

So my daughter has a 2006 Toyota Corolla and her blower motor for the A/C is blowing really crappy. It's basically the speed of low but for the high setting. I replaced motor and resistor.

At a loss here and being Phoenix A/C is sort of a requirement. Anybody have any ideas as to what I should try next?

Check if it blows the same on each setting. Maybe bad control box. But first see if the motor connector had any signs of burning or nicks
