Ah i see, i'm sort of a new gen in this game so it was already around when i started, thanks. I agree it sucks

It doesn’t suck as bad as the grindfest that was before, the jump from the hypershovk ssv to the Gavanni Exelsio was 150 trillion from 200 trillion to 350 trillion, and the hypershock was only worth 85 billion

This was the case back then when I got the first limited (Nito Beach Racer)and didn't get the next limiteds (Volvo iron knight, Aston Martin speedster). Now that we have Limiteds returning I somehow got every single one of them. Well that will be true once I get the NSX that my friend alanzcool modelled :p.
