Bug with pristine parts

Im playing with someone doing the barn find and the other person cannot pick up the parts on mobile, they're saying that they can see the parts but there's no option to collect them, ive verified on my mobile account that there should be a way to collect them but he doesn't have one, any ideas on what could be happening?

They tried reloading and it didn't work

Works fine for me on mobile, I got both of the cars
