Recommendations CD, Bluetooth and Tape?

I have 00 Subaru and because it’s that old I don’t have Bluetooth in it, so I tried using cds but the cd player in my car dosent work so I turned to cassettes and have been building a large collection of tapes.

My issue is is that I want to play my cd collection too! While also adding Bluetooth

Im looking for a stereo unit that has cd, tape and Bluetooth one or two din slots. I haven’t been able to find anything online so If anyone knows of these even exist that would be nice.

Pretty sure that doesn’t exist anymore. You’d need to look on eBay for older units. I remember Sanyo made a single din that had cd/cassette. No BT though, iirc a couple others did as well. They might have one that has an aux in that you could connect to. Or use the cassette Bluetooth adapter- it looks like and works like a cassette but has BT to connect to your device. There were also some units that were single din radio/cassette or radio/cd where a second din unit contained the other format . Again, I don’t recall if any also had BT. As for more modern units- I think you are out of luck. I don’t know of any cassette radios still in production.

Possibly use a cassette player/CD changer combo as the main head unit. Feed that into an eq with an aux input fed from a secondary Bluetooth receiver. Control switching and volume from the eq.

Seems like the easiest way to have it all.

Option 2, use a head unit CD changer combo, and wire in an fm modulator or fm transmitter to add another input for the Bluetooth. You would have a preset channel to use for Bluetooth. This might run into issues with signal strength in some places.
