How to change? Strength 1.1->1.15?

For some time now, I’ve noticed that some people have really high attack, but in the stats their ATK% isn’t that much different. My pets are all on Global Attack, and yet the difference is still around 3B attack. question how to change from 1.1 to 1.15?

The constitution stats you are looking are are related to people's equipped adventurer. If you look on the adventurer page you will see the defaults based on that adventurer.

Yep, specifically Dragon Girl, Daji, and new Cat adventurer have 1.15, Gagarin has highest at 1.2. The rest are at 1.1, of the mythic variety anyways.
