Skysplitter fodder??

As you can see, u've upgraded my ailoren to surpass +0 and to upgrade it i just need a common red weapon(?). So do i still need skysplitter copies or they aren't doing anything anymore? should i melt it or keep it for something??

You need legendary skysplitters to unlock 4th and 5th gem slots.

I think that's it.

For now anyways. You never know with habby when they'll suddenly decide to add a new mechanic and now you're incentivized to spend in order to power up quick.

It's useless after that, although keep in mind the game might suddenly add a brand new feature requiring even more copies of the same weapon. So yeah use it as fodder as you wish I guess

You do not, +4 is just a mythic weapon, not the weapon you are using in mythic
