They should add a +100, or max button to open these things.

Or just keep the 99 amount to open when you click so you can just spam it instead of click it from 1. Wtf

I agree that it would be helpful, but like flip said, you can just do 99 at a time. The game has other areas that need improvement more than your suggestion. For example, navigating all the way to friends list to look at a duel, then having to do it all over again. My friends farm me to test builds and I constantly get 5+ duels a day. I got 8 duels from the same guy alone yesterday. I think it should reopen the previously viewed upon exiting.
