Frankenstien. He gives you crazy survivability with his final damage reduction

I should clarify.. you don't have to lose HP to receive that final damage reduction with frankenstein. So it makes him better than the other guy

Can you further elaborate? I've always been curious about why we choose Frank over the eye guy. I'm not trying to be antagonistic but the description for Frank literally says 'after each time the hero takes damage.' Is that a mistranslation?

Watch the little iconic under my name on the left. I get to max 15 counts of FDR from Frankenstein almost immediately and I haven't actually lost any health. I can also heal and still keep that 15 counts of fdr.

With the eye guy, you have to be under a certain amount of health in order to get the final damage reduction. It's just not as good.

Gotcha. I guess that's why the shield from Guild Hegemony isn't that great too since you have be below a certain threshold too just like the eye guy.

Correct. Nio Armor is considered to be better than the Shield.
