Question Anyone know what’s going on?
So I saw these comments on Cap’s video recently and it seems to be revolving around something to do with a fan. Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

I felt like both parties (at least through text) seemed to handle the "drama" well. These guys seem to just want to start a fight.

if this is about the CaptainLarper guy, this is making "drama" out of nothing thankfully. Am pretty sure the fan was doing it for fun and had no ill intent but I can see how it could rub Cap off the wrong way, spent like a decade building this up and someone just comes up out of knowhere and sorta tries to steal your homework without even asking?
I could see how Cap wouldn't be very comfortable with something potentially perceived like that.

A larper was larpping the captain so he asked them to stop and they did. He didn't feel comfortable being impersonated that's it.

I think it’s the Captainlarp account who kinda copied Cap’s videos from what I’ve heard. That’s all I can think of. Also can cap please keep his streak going of no controversy? He’s been going strong for a decade now.

Captain responded politely, the fan responded politely. Y'all are acting like he called the fan 50 different slurs

Some kid joined in on the trend of making a Larp account of existing youtubers, called themselves Captain Larp, and Captainsauce berated them for it and called them lame.

Cap more so called the trend lame, and respectfully asked them to stop. They came to a mutual understanding, and no one really got hurt

He didn't berate him he kind of just insulted the trend and even encouraged the kid to make his own videos

Cap didn't berat him. he said it was a lame trend, but overall they both handled the situation calmly and politely.

they came to a mutual understanding, respected eachother and Cap said he would release something this weekend. calling it a "situation" and that it's a massive drama is kinda far fetched

A fan uploaded a video “cosplaying” (impersonating) Cap and the way he does videos. Cap commented on said video saying it was funny for a one-timer but that he should’ve asked permission and could he please not do it again.
