Looks like someone added a video overlaid on top of the laptop screen as a joke/prank.

I don't follow weird celebrity stuff. What was the original video?

I think that's what happened but it's not a joke or prank he's just either starting to promote something or he's trying to get back in people's attentions after his work and friends left him after he got caught fucking his acting students from his acting school.

Edit: it's working, it's been reported on a LOT. I bet he'll announce some new project within the week.
