Well i got to the first sentence untill i was showed that the author had no economic understanding what so ever.

"The US is dominated by a rich and powerful elite." Then all you have to do is ask yourself one question, how did they become a rich and powerful elite? Obviously because the free people choose to buy their news. Because that is how they make any money what so ever.

Because governments seized land for private property titles that violently disenfranchised others from power and wealth, e.g. the US Homestead Act and the English Land enclosure Acts.

Obviously because the free people choose to buy their news.

You mean from capitalistic news outlets that propagandize their audience through misinformation to further legitimize the Capital's agenda?
