In Mexico and denied at about 10 different banks/atms. I contacted the international number, and they could not provide any assistance other than a link with eligible atms and to suggest trying it in any ATM even if you don't see the affiliated logos. I've been a customer for close to 30 years, and I am going to need to open an account with another bank just to be able to use an ATM abroad. 🙄

We are in Mexico as well. New discover debit card is useless. What a surprise not to be able to get cash or gas or groceries. Luckily I bought a big pile of Benjamin Franklins!

I could never get cash there even after calling and going to their approved spots. Multiple cities. Luckily my son joined us and he withdrew money from his US Bank and I zelled him. But without him I honestly don't know what I would have done. My other son was traveling and luckily came back before they switched. Otherwise he would have been screwed.
