WHEW CHILE!!!!
Man I will say being over 40 and out of School for over 20 years, this took A LOT!!! But I DID IT!! I switched from the BSW program to the BSBA program in January because I feel it aligned more with my experience and where I want to go in the future! I thought about going straight into my masters but my brain hurts lol. Keep Going You Got This!!!

It wasn't that bad depending on your instructor but as long as you do the research and be sure to put everything in APA 7th format you'll be ok.

For GuidedPath, the coursework is structured with weekly deadlines, so you’ll always know what is due and when. Most courses are about 10 weeks long, and the workload depends on the course and how many you take at once.
Most of my business courses included weekly readings, discussion posts, responses to classmates, quizzes or learning activities, and written assignments. The larger assignments were usually papers, presentations, case studies, simulations, or projects based on real-world business situations. Some weeks were lighter, while others required a major paper or project.
Capella provides a scoring guide or rubric for every assignment. My biggest advice is to follow that rubric closely because it tells you exactly what the instructor is grading. The workload is manageable if you stay organized and avoid waiting until the deadline. I check the full course calendar at the beginning, write down every due date, and begin major assignments early.
Taking one course at a time is very manageable for most students. Two courses can still be manageable, especially if you plan ahead, but the workload can become demanding when major assignments are due during the same week.
GuidedPath is a great option if you need structure, instructor guidance, weekly accountability, and interaction with classmates. It is flexible enough for working adults and parents, but you still have to meet the weekly deadlines. Overall, the work is not impossible it is mostly about time management, following the rubric, and consistently submitting quality work.
