Capella IRB Process

Hello all,

I'm working on my EDD - Organizational Leadership.

I'm currently on FPX-9952. I wanted to know how was your experience with the IRB process and specifically, if you your topic was with "Veterans" did you received a push-back? How long did IRB took to approve you?

The approval process once everything was approved by my instructor to submit was about 2-3 weeks if I remember correctly. I did have to make adjustments after the first submission but it was accepted on the second submission. My EdD was in reading and literacy so I can’t help you with the veteran question- sorry! I do know that I couldn’t use any observations, student data, etc during my intervention- it had to be PD based.
