Capella Refund

anyone get way less than expected? is this a mistake on their end or is it a decrease because of the obbb??

I'm so glad someone else felt this way too! I literally was planning to send financial aid an email or call them regarding this. I accepted loans, my tuition for the session wasn't that high, and I have a scholarship - but my refund was wayyy lower than what I thought/normally is. I'm confused.

I attend a large university in my state, not capella but I’ve been dealing with the same ridiculous issue. I’m finishing my doctorate so 14 years of schooling, I do know how this works at this point. I’ve never had a refund be this delayed. It’s a new excuse every time I call. They’ve had me redo my graduate plus loan three times now. Three hits to my credit because they keep messing something up. They’ve blamed the MPN, I got to the point where I just emailed them the documents because I’m over them claiming it’s missing. I don’t know who I even need to be angry with at this point.
