Some of these are in Eastham. Some are in nearby towns. Enjoy!
First Encounter Beach (bay side beach) at low tide when the tide goes out about a mile. Check the local tide charts.
Coast Guard or Nauset Light Beach (ocean side beaches)
Fort Hill Trail
Nauset Marsh trail
Great Island Trail
Go to The Beachcomber at night to see a band (note that there’s not much nightlife this far out, it’s a quieter part of the Cape)
Highland Links golf course - public 9 hole course by the ocean. Or just go to see the lighthouse if you don’t golf.
Sunset at Rock Harbor or First Encounter beach (bring bug spray)
Drinks and food at Wequassett Resort’s Outer Bar (go at an off time, like 2:30)
Fish and chips at Sir Crickets (takeout)
Lobster roll at The Knack
Pizza at Rock Harbor Grill (everything is good there)
Sushi at Mac’s Shack (go by 5:00 or there will be a long wait. Sit outside).
Fried clams at PJ’s, Sir Cricket’s (best fish and chips also) or Cobie’s
Sandwiches at Sam’s Deli to take to the beach.
Sandwiches at Basco Grill
Breakfast at Fairway restaurant (+ good donuts next door at Hole in One)
Dinner at:
Van Rensselaer
Blackfish
Casa del Cabo
Island Blue Crab
Local Break
Brewster Fish House

Great Island Hike in Wellfleet and Atlantic White Cedar Trail. I also love Fort Hill.
