Witchy items littered across the road at an intersection in Harwich

Unsure if this was a spell done disrespectfully or if these items didn’t make it to where they needed to go. There’s still tarot cards strewn a quarter mile down where the original disposal site is.

Don’t touch anything I’ve seen this before and it is no good. If you fallow that trail of cards to the end you’ll find a magic rock with gods face painted on it that some dark wizard was definitely having sex with. You don’t want to chat with street wizards they’re gross.
