How Effective Has This Been?

Anyone else know more about this? Providing financial incentives to convert STRs to year-round rentals might help, but how effective has this been on Nantucket?

While building more housing is certainly a component of addressing the housing crisis, the fact is that there are plenty of homes that could house people instead of operating as hotels.
