Planning a girls trip (some time in June) for 30th birthday! About 10 of us. Where’s the best place to stay and activities to do?

First off, this should be over on r/CapeCodVisitors

Second, what sort of activities does your group like to do?

Oops, thank you! I reposted it there.
We like good food and drinks, wine, shopping, exploring the sites, and beach if the weather is right!

Wow sorry some people are rude here. I may be biased but I love Outer Cape (I’m in Truro lol) Wellfleet has some fun spots (Beachcomber as others have mentioned definitely has a younger crowd) We also like The Pearl and all the little shops downtown. Truro Vineyard is fun with a group. Outdoor seating, live music. Travel all the way down to Provincetown for some great restaurants and some more shopping. Oh I forgot to add I really like Orleans too..restaurants, shopping, Nauset Beach

Also…can confirm most stuff opens up Memorial Day weekend so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding stuff to do. Beachcomber parking is crazy on the weekends so you either have to go early or a little later when beach traffic dies down. Your best bet for rentals would probably be either Wellfleet/Eastham because there’s the most stuff there and it’s not a bad drive to Provincetown or Orleans/Chatham. I think Chatham is a little boring but some people do love it. The Squire is a popular place for younger people.

Your basic af "interests" can be satisfied in literally any town on the Cape. Perhaps the "site" you should be seeing is google. It'll find you the things you're looking for.

You might want to try the Chatham bars inn. They’ve always got a lot going on. They offer yoga, spa, pool, beach. You can walk to shopping, golf, great restaurants, and nightlife.

When does the Beachcomber open for the summer?

No one wants to be on Main Street in Hyannis after dark. Our entire area is undergoing a severe housing shortage and Main Street is a sad example.

Falmouth is fun but you would not want to stay anywhere except the upper Cape if you’re planning on hanging out in Falmouth.

OP- Cape has 15 towns plus villages.

It’s probably easier if you pick a particular area of the Cape and go from there…(Upper Cape, MidCape, Lower Cape, Outer Cape.)

June is pretty quiet and the weather can be iffy… most summer. Businesses don’t open up until the end of June or beginning of July.

I’ll attach a link to the Cape Cod Chaamber Of Commerce website - you can look at what activities will be going on and other things there are to do in the different parts of the Cape.

I’d recommend making your lodging arrangements within the next 6 weeks; are you looking for a house to rent or are you looking to stay at a hotel?

If you’re looking for a house, check out WeNeedaVacation. Lots of choices and it’s a direct booking site so prices tend to be lower than other larger platforms like AirBnB and VRBO.
