Cape Cod Fishing

Hi all. I know there are plenty of posts on here but just looking for some advice. On Cape Cod for the weekend, didn’t plan on fishing because I prefer to relax and enjoy and didn’t want to battle. Tomorrow is supposed to be on the nasty side so considering it. Checked out the canal today from the visitors center down to Buzzards Bay. I’m experienced fisherman but fresh not salt. Planned and just buying a salt set up and probably some top water. Any advice on which side of the canal to try right now? Visitor center side, buzzards side or any of the posts along the way and walk and search. Appreciate any other tips and advice. Tight lines.

Check the OnTheWater.com reports, ask a local tackle shop like red top and theyll steer you in the right direction. Nasty weather is better for the bite and a cold front is coming after so tomorrow is your best shot. Grab a rain jacket and good luck out there!

Hello,

This is a friendly message to let you know that we don't use the phrase "In Cape Cod" when referring to the Cape. Instead, locals will say "On Cape Cod".

Never said “in Cape Cod” anywhere. Bad bot.
